Nice nose. Red fruit. The tannins lead me to believe this hasn’t reached peak yet, although very good now. Enjoyed with steak.

I think a max of 90 points is fair. Don’t recall a lot about it, but I wasn’t wowed as much as the buyers of the wine.

91-92 points. Jammy with blue fruits. Tannins at medium. That nose on the pour! Definitely recommended

I like it. The gamay. But, it’s not a full like because both bottles I’ve consumed had an acetic finish that was enough of a distraction to make me consider taking a neutral position. But, it’s just over the line.

Pretty good wine although tannins are very present. Noticeable alcohol, too. Drank as PnP but it improved with air time. Recommend decant or waiting 2 years. Or, eating with protein if enjoying now. Blue fruit was most prominent

Sour cherry. Black cherry, too? Light body. Tasty wine.

Drying on finish and a touch alcoholic, but clearly reaching its potential. If I had another I would wait a few years.

PnP and immediately got grape juice aroma and taste. Too sweet. It improved 20 minutes later, but I’m not a promoter yet. Friend said he was getting the cab franc qualities, but I didn’t. It’s 40% Gemay and 60% cab franc. Sweet gamay dominates. I’ll let next bottle air for a while.

Still kicking. Friend said it reminded him of a Pinot noir. Pure Sangiovese to me. We agreed it was delicious

Score reflects wine served at proper temp and drank over three days ... with food. Score is lower without. Dark cherries with present tannins.

What is this? Unexpectedly sweeter than any Pinot noir I’ve had before. The first sip will make you check the bottle. It became less sweet with air. A touch savory. Light-medium body with refined to nonexistent tannins. Thought about scoring 89 due to initial sweetness, but what’s in a single point?

In a good zone. It can go 2 more years at the same level. Maybe a 91 in 1-2 years.

A nice wine. Drank with Darioush Caravan and Cliff Lede Cabernets, which won the night. A good purchase that has potential to score 90

Just delicious. I had gifted a bottle to friends and finally decided to try it myself. They loved it, and I have to agree. Black cherry and blackberry on palate. Tannins almost non-existent. Light across the tongue. One bottle left, which I plan to consume this year while still close to peak.

The first word to come to mind is ‘fresh.’ Very impressed at this stage. Fruit is still prominent. Glad I have another bottle. This is a wine I would repurchase

Sulfur, red fruits, lithe. Decanted overnight to mitigate the sulfur. 95% effective. This may have deserved a 90 when younger, but certainly not now. Possible 87

Following others’ comments, I decanted a few hours and stored overnight. Ended up forgetting to take it to friends’ house, so didn’t drink until day 2. Red fruits and nice finish. Whiff of vanilla. It started to head south on day 3, so enjoy within 2 days.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc? Nice level of acidity and a little oily, but very good QPR for $9. Recommended

Friend brought this to a get together. Not bad, but not as great IMO as some have rated it. The group didn’t think it was any better than the comparable non-vineyard specific Seghesio

Upon PnP, I felt betrayed. Very thin on the tongue. After one hour it improved. Off to the gym and 24-48 hours later—Bam! More weight. Still light, but much more enjoyable. Good buy.
