To taste blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, red cherry, leather, cedar, smoke, earth & leaves. Very long. Outstanding. Amazing balance and range of flavours. Solid intensity too. Remained fresh but plenty of tertiary complexity. Don't think it will improve but is also not going anywhere soon. Lovely treat.

Mid ruby, nose of blackcurrant, raspberry, white pepper, cedar, smoke & alcohol. Plenty of body, high acidity with lots of ripe chalky tannins. Alcohol prominent. To taste raspberry, strawberry, cherry, vanilla, blackcurrant & toast. Ok but sweet finish. Acceptable (just). Not fully in balance (alcohol heavy) and sweet ending. Not to my taste. Hope some time will help integrate, but not convinced.

Clearly very young but drinking superb, huge intensity of flavours that kept developing in the glass.
