Straw robe with clear rim. Clean, moderately intense nose of wet stones, lime and other citrus. Light-bodied on the palate, with nice acidity and minerality. The lime carries through as the dominant flavor and persists throughout a respectable middle palate. Medium, crisp finish. While relatively unidimensional, this is a very pleasant wine for the price and provides the minerality and balanced acidity that would be very difficult to find in a comparably priced new-world Chardonnay. Drink now-12/13.

Drinking very well now. Black currant and mocha with a soft tannins and black cherry lingering on the finish. Hints of rain soaked earth surrounding. Very enjoyable.
