Sample tried at Oinoscent, brought by importer.
This was a strange one as it was bottled two weeks ago and it was really tight. It was only my second time trying Swiss Pinot Noir too.
The wine didn't give away much, high acidity, very tense, bright red fruit in the palate with some oak/spicy notes in the nose, medium body, med tannins and med to long finish.
It should be interesting to try this in a couple of years

Oenocosmos Wine Fair (Intercontinental Hotel): 80% fermented in tulip shaped cement tank 20% in oak, then blended and matured for 10 months in inox tanks.
Dense black red and black fruit, very ethereal and elegant (for a Xinomavro) showing also a few gamey notes.
The palate is light, elegant again, nice firm tannins, clear red fruit with a medium finish.

Tried at Oinoscent.
Bright and crunchy red fruits, floral notes but in reality not giving away too much. The wine shows high acidity, but also needs time and a big glass right now. Its incredible how young it tastes at the moment. Would be interesting to see how it will evolve.

Alex Barry brought the bottle to try at the bar.
Golden colour, faint memories of the floral beast it once was, rose petals liqueur, ripe tropical fruits, lychee, tin peach and pineapple. The palate is more interesting, concentrated tropical fruits, a bit of acidity, oxidative notes, ripe peach, a few petrol notes, walnut liqueur, medium body and finish.
The wine had gone downhill but it was interesting. Especially when no-one thought it would still have life in it.

Bottle brought by Elias to drink during afternoon shift at Oinoscent.
Bright red colour.
The nose is sensational right from the start, offering ripe red and black fruit, floral notes, sweet spices, layers of oak and mineral notes.
In the palate, the wine follows the same path with ripe red fruit, milky notes, oak and spices again, smooth tannins, high acidity, medium body and finish.
I found the nose more impressive as it gets more air in the glass. That being said, it's an Outstanding wine with the ridiculous retail price earning more points for it.

Bottle brought from the cellar to drink during afternoon service at Oinoscent.
Bright red color.
Quite powerful in the nose, very floral and filled with dried herbs as it progresses. Ripe red fruit, cherries, currants and a thin layer of oak with bits of vanilla on top.
In the palate, the wine is very smooth, it takes time in the glass to really open up, with the acidity being a bit upfront. Loads of ripe red fruits, nutty, spicy, very smooth tannins and red herbs again. The wine shows medium body, smoth mouthfeel with med to long finish.
Very good quality

Bright pale red color.
The nose was quite muted at first, giving away just smoke notes. As it opens up, you get ripe red fruit aromas next to the oak/smoke and floral notes. After about 3hr you have gamey notes emerging too.
In the palate, the wine shows more earthy notes next to the smokey ones, bright redcurrant, red roses and a thin oak frame. The acidity cuts through with ease all those bucketes of fruit and the wine ends with med to long finish.
I can't see this gaining more complexity so I'd say better consume in the next 3-5 years. On the other hand, my experience with red Burgundy is extremely limited, so I could be wrong. 89+

Deep golden color.
The nose is incredible (despite its youth), fill with ripe stonefruit, quince, lemon, mineral (even slightly reductive), floral, cardamon, spices and just a touch of oak at the back.
The palate is equally rich showing full body, mineral, ripe stone fruit, ripe lime, spices and a thin oaky frame with a long finish.
Outstanding wine, big but elegant in the same time, tasted like a Chateauneuf. I need to find more vintages of this masterpiece.

shift at Oinoscent.
Bright colour, beautiful in the nose with red cherry notes but mostly it was all about earthy and spicy notes with bits of smoke here and there. Smooth in the palate with round velvety tannins and balancing acidity, ending with medium to long finish. It showed potential too, I'd easily let it sit for 5 more years, but it was damn tasty now.
Outstanding
