Citrus and stone fruit with a clean, minerally finish. A bit light (read elegant) but complex and evolving. Top example of the unique Finger Lakes terroir.

Inky purple, crimson at rim; intense black currants, blackberries, cigar, crushed stones, cocoa, wet leaves, wood smoke; creme de cassis, berry, silky, full body, good acidity, excellent balance, chewy tannins, long finish.
Pure black currant with beautiful balance and structure. One of those excellent wines which drink well early and age gracefully.
