Multi layered. Good for pot roast. Ok now.
Red
Bright. Not my taste. Not very long, zero legs. Lay it down and it might come up

Light for a cab. Light color, light flavor. Not sure if bottles will store and get better or not.

Will get better with time. Not a strong nose, almost scent less. Taste is floral almost perfume. Good with BBQ sauce and chicken.

Tasty at $40.00 from the winery in paso. Good flavor and rich. Will be even better in a couple more years. Tasting room a bit snooty for my taste.

Tried this with an assortment of meats - beef, pork, lamb. Matched well with all. Alone it lacked depth. A bit strong on the back- end. 14.7% got better with decanting time.

Better than expected for the price. Got at BevMo on the buy one get one for 0.05. Ok for daily drinking. Light and we thought smoothed out after sitting.

Light. Slightly sweet. Very purple in color. Too light for cheese and meats.

I could live the rest of my life and be content NEVER ever drinking this wine again. Strong nose and strong flavor.

Bought a bottle at riverwalk San Antonio. Not sure if the view, food, or just a combination of everything helped this wine. Folks with me, usually white wine drinkers, enjoyed its light flavor. No oak, virtually no nose. If I could get it for $9.00 I would drink it again.

A red that drinks like a white. One of those reds that reminds you of summer BBQ. Cherry and cheery. Would pair with a strawberry walnut salad.

Strong at the beginning. An incredible combination of seven top grapes. Smoothed out over time. Would buy again and shelf the next one for a couple more years.

Still young. Decanted and aerated for 45 minutes. Light in the front, long with a bite at the end. Semi smoky, went well with rare flank steak, not so great with tomato pasta. Will save the other bottle for another couple of years. PS. Surprisingly good with Cabernet sorbet.

Full bodied, fruit forward, long with subtle complexities. Nose is worthy of just smelling. Drank after decanting. Ate with braised short ribs and dry rub ribs. Still young but excellent now, looking forward to the next bottle in a couple of years.

Cant put my finger on the flavors. Maybe it is my fifth wine tasting at SF vintners. Fruity and jammy. Nice would try with chocolate strawberries. Not worthy of a steak

Too dry for a petite. No good fruit flavors. Tries at SF vintners

Yummy rich flavors. Had at SF vintners tasting. 75.00 a bottle a bit much but wouldn't turn it down as a gift

Too late. All bad. Tossed it. So sad

Opened and drank with shirt ribs. Tight at the start, opened only a little after 45 minutes. Probably a $15.00 bottle. Not sure if age will help
Red
Tried it at the winery at Winter Vineland. Drinkable but not full fruit.

Really opened up. First glass fine, decanted and it got better as it went. Great with pork, not so with the lamb. As always though sauce makes all the difference.

Complex, smooth and big. Long on the tongue. Mild tannins. Pairs with BBQ rib eye, buffalo or lamb. Everything I've had from grey wolf is excellent and this is no exception.

A nice memorial day BBQ wine. We are usually red wine drinkers so this is coming off light and sunny. For the price It is good
