Corked bottle. Bummer. Seems to happen more than usual here

Aromas of raspberry and wet earth. This is a lighter Pinot, but despite the soft mouthfeel has nice concentration. The finish has a nice cranberry and earth flavor, which hangs on longer than expected. I've always enjoyed the Meyer vineyard pinots in the youth, and this is no exception. More approachable now than Thea's.

Aromas of dark berry fruit and meat. This wine is big and tannic for a syrah, but still nicely balanced by an underlying acidity. Not a fruit driven style, but drinking at peak right now. Enjoyed a ton!

One of the best Rhone whites I've had. Nose was floral, but with a nice minerality. Rich, but with fresh acidity. Wish I had more...

Rich dark fruits of blackberry, cassis. Velvety full mouthfeel with alot of ending complexity. Just enough acid and tannin to bring it home. A real treat of a wine!

If someone asks what OR Pinot is all about, pour them this. Cherry, spice, all in mice balance with a great mid, and finish. QPR a plenty here.

A rich, raspberry filled core of fruit, with a nice layered mid-pallette and just a touch of oak. More in the candied style, but that could be from the baby fat. Very Nice!

Don't know if I could ever give out a 100, but this was a close as you can get. It had it all, and in balance. Drinking at peak, but will be good for years.

Birthday wine, a nice Densely packed syrah with bold dark fruits and alot of additional complexity. Fit the bill for a big juicy steak.

Very tasty Rose, where you can really pick up on the Pinot quality when it warms up. First hot day in WI, and this fits the bill.

Nice well balanced white Rhone blend. Stone fruit is lush and big, but it has a nice clean acid in the back to keep it in balance. Good effort from an up and coming winery.

A well balanced Pinot, with earthy and spicy tones that blend well with the fruit. An easy drinker, reminds me in style of Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot.

This wine is as good as a Rhone blend gets. The syrah, Mouvedre, Grenache, and Alicante Bouschet are blended seamlessly into a rich but perfectly balanced fruit forward slice of deliciousness. There is an earthy, floral nose to it, and the black fruit shines on the finish. Enjoy if you have it, mine are all gone.

New world style of Sangiovese with plenty of oak. Not overly complex, but with the oak mellowed this one is fun to drink.

Definitely some solid oak, but it integrates with the rich tropical fruit well. This is in the style of Mer Soleil, but better balanced with a fresh acidity. Pineapple and lemon curd are the fruit flavors I get.

Wine was powerful, but maintained a sense of class. Ripe red fruits with a very polished pepper laced finish. This one lives up to the critic's hype.

Decanted 30 mins. Earthy nose, with ripe dark fruits and grippy tannins. Wine smoothed out into powerful yet silky finish. Great effort and QPR.
