4/14/13, 1:13 PM - just reading through some of your reviews -- had same experience with Chateau Montelena and Silver Oak -- not that they're bad, but given their reputations is surprising that they're not better. Will try the Montelena reserve of some older vintages at some point...not pressed to do anytime soon though. Spending some time in Florida where I see much more S. American wine than in NYC so your reviews are helpful...
