Decided to pull this one out and enjoy although I new darn well it was before it's time. Decanted 45 minutes. Wine was bold, tannic, thick, and beautifully colored. Flavors were heavily black cherry with enough pucker from the tannins to allow a minimum cellaring of an additional five years had we not opended it. I do not think it will improve over this time, however, it will remain solid.

Great Syrah. Brank two glasses when first opened after 60 minute decant. Drank the remainder the following day. Even better with over night...

Very Smooth, lacking in complexity when first opened. After about one hour, it opened up with more complexity then first noticed. Recommend drinking in the next 6 months as it is loosing its ummph...

I have to agree that this could be characterized as a "baby" g&l. Very drinkable and ready to be consumed. Still prefer the g&l on a cold rainy day. Color was not as inky as I would have expected. Interested to see what this turns into in the next couple years.

Drinking excellently at this stage. I would suggest consumption of all bottles by end of '08. Well rounded blend for this outstanding production.

Great showing for and early consumption, could be cellared another 5 years for best drinking date.

Opened wine and found it to be corked. Upon taste, entirely undrinkable.

Wine is drinking well at this time. I think it will continue to evolve. Had with Thanksgiving Dinner and over two days. Drank better each day as it decanted.

Wow. creamy buttery tones that will blow your mine. One of my favorite chardonnay's.
Went excellent alone. Drank over 2 days.
