Pretty typical expression of CA Chardonnay with a fair bit of oak on the pallet. Green apple on the nose, well balanced with not mich acidity. Nothing close to the quality of the Pinots and I probably wouldn't buy again for the price. A decent wine but I had higher expectations.

A very nice wine at this price point. Deep yellow, hay-like color. Green apple and pear jump out for me. Wine had held up well and can easily sit a few more years. Only criticism is there is a bit too much butter/oak for my taste. But overall it is well balanced, has a long finish, and is a great value.

Decanted for 5 hours and wine really opened up. Light in color but packs a good punch. Tobacco and sweet dark fruits throughout and some tannin on the finish. Well balanced, but a bit ripe.

Terrific wine that can last for several more years. Deep purple colors, full flavor profile, and great tannins.

An easy drinking version of a napa cab. Nothing wrong but nothing much to remember either.

Wine has mellowed quite a bit over the years and is a shadow of what it was a few years ago. I think this is at, or a bit past, its pique now.

Very fruit forward with not much behind it. Perhaps too young, but this was disappointing.

Rich yellow coloring and hay-like appearance. Fresh fruit flavors of pears and lemon. Good acidity. A bit too oaked for my taste; it overpowers the delicate flavorings of this wine.

A fine wine, not objectionable, but unfortunately it is forgettable. Dark in color, smooth finish, but little tannin. Not objectionable in the slightest, but much softer than a typical CA Cab.

Not a typical west coast pinot. Reminds of old world with earth and mineral tones. Finish a bit dry.

A very nice wine particularly for this price point. Well balanced expression of Napa cab. Odor of dark fruit and pencil eraser (?) On the nose with a dark color. Good structure and decent tannin.

Nice wine; arguably too much butter flavor but not surprising from a napa chardonnay. Well balanced

It's alright, certainly nothing special. A good Tuesday night Pinot but not an occasion wine. Decent acidity and light fruit, but the balance is a touch off.

The wine finished strong with lots of tannins. Unfortunately the strong finish doesn't match the beginning, which generally is lacking. I found it to be unbalanced and lacking structure.

Very nice wine at an affordable price. Very light in color, green apple, peach and even a bit of caramel. Has a complete finish.

A bigger Pinot than expected. Darker fruit flavors and relarively rich tannins (for a Pinot) make this very unique. Well balanced and structured. Tasted some old world earthy elements as well.

Light in color with a hint of green. A bit of oak but unfortunately not much fruit on the palate. There is a bitterness that I can't identify. Not Decoy's best. Nothing memorable here.

Dark color and fruit forward. Full hints of jam and black fruits initially but the finish falls flat. Mild tannins that opened up further as the wine aired out. Nothing special here but a great everyday Cab.

This wine doesn't have much to offer besides an overly manipulated chardonnay grape. Unbalanced.

Somehow there doesn't seem to be any fruit underlying this wine. Does have strength in tannins but that's about it. Generally forgettable.

I didn't enjoy this wine as much as the other reviewers. It tasted a bit out of balance and the acidity overwhelmed the finish. Not a bad wine but I was disappointed.

Hints of wet slate and dark fruit on the nose. Old word style, not traditional Napa. Dry and tannins on the finish. A very solid wine but i expected more.

A heck of a pinot for the price. Not typical California pinot, reminds me more of the old world with lots of earthy notes. Robust fruit, a hint of pepper, some cherry. Light tannins and not too much acid. Light in color. Really interesting.

Not a particularly good wine. An odd nose with a tart mid palate. Light in character for a California Cab even at the inexpensive price point. I think there are better wines at the price point.

A very solid Zin for the price point. You can pick up the terroir in the noise as well as a healthy dose of black pepper. Dark fruits (plum) and a spicy finish. Well balanced.
