Tasting Notes for Raseagle

I realise - now - I opened this too early. Developed nicely in opened & resealed bottle over thrre days as it was slowly consumed. Spicy and intriguienly mineral, defintley on the sweet side. Worked well with food in my taste, might not please consumers shying away from sugar.

Fully mature, should perhaps have been consumed 2021. Very pleasant, low key, filling. Great to pair with creamy fish/shellfish.
