Still young, could have been kept a couple of additional years in the cellar. Notes of minerality structure, more to discover in a couple of years.

We opened this bottle with some farfalle pasta with a tomato and brie cheese sauce. Even though this wine is 9 years old, we found some aggressive tannins at first. An hour later, the tannins were less "in your face" and let place to some more interesting aromas such as prune, blackberry and violet.

Wow, that was a great bottle! A Chianti Classico Riserva for less than $30 CAD is a steal! Ruby-red color, great voluptuous taste with the typical notes of blackberry, raspberry and vanilla. Great tannins and great finish! I'll definitely buy some more.

This bottle was my favorite from the 6 we opened on the evening. Great balance, a little touch of oak, but not the "in your face" type of thing. Great acidity and great taste of black fruits such as currants and cherries. A great Chianti Classico that should be better with a couple years of cellar.

With 15% of alcohol, this bottle was kept for last. Unfortunately, it tasted way too much the alcohol to my taste and there wasn't any room left for the fruits. We also noted some typical wood and vanilla flavor typical of Australian Shiraz. We ended-up finishing the bottle on the next day, and we thought that the taste was better after a day and we could finally perceived some notes of cassis. It might need to be cellar for a couple of years to maximize its taste.

This wine was served as the first wine for our wine and cheese happening. Great nose and great taste of mangoes and grapefruit. We were highly surprised with the product (ok we are more leaning toward red wine, but some white wines are so good with cheese!)

We really enjoyed this bottle of Jurançon. It was the first time I had the opportunity to taste this product and we all thought that it was a pleasant experience. Not too sweet, this wine was enjoyfull with the selection of blue cheese we got. Great value for your money!

I felt like I drank a bottle of wood. Move along, nothing to see here.

This pinot was very light, and even after an hour of carafe, we all thought that the body was too light for our taste but very acidic (should have been left in the cellar for another year?)

We drank this vin santo last week-end. The overall impression of our group was that this wine was very sweet. The taste reminded us maple sirup (the taste, not the texture) and fruits confits.

We heard very good comments about this bottle, and we decided to open one. Even though it's a very young wine, with very strong tannins, after being carafed for 1 to 1.5 hour, we really enjoyed this great bottle. Very nice fruit taste with a tiny small note of oak on the end. What's left of the case will be stored for 5 to 10 years before consumption.

A friend of mine referred me to this wine. I have to say beforehand that I'm not a big fan of the new world wine and this one make no exception. From the bottle to the carafe, and still after 30 minutes, some tannin were still there (I know it's a young wine). Everybody at the table noted the strong oak and toast so particular to the new world wine. After another 30-45 minutes, then wine opened and exhibited some notes of little fruits (cassis?) and the oak left place to vanilla and chocolate.
