Good cork pull, cork intact, and stained really deeply. very faint bouquet. first sip revealed a lot of nuances in this wine which have developed in 11 years. tannins have receded and are not sharp or overly drying, just very nice. Thicker feeling of wine, perhaps in mid-palate. fruit has receded thought but this is more an evolved wine of secondary and tertiary flavors. but I wish it had retained some fruit to balance. Some sediment in last glass. Still the cabernet profile is there. Went well with a variety of Thanksgiving foods. Finish was a good 20 seconds also. If you have any i would drink now, as i don't know where this wine will head but down.
