Very smooth. Beautiful color and clarity. Perfumed nose that opened up more with time in the glass. Fresh acidity is seamlessly integrated between textured layers of black cherry and forest floor. The overall experience is balanced and undeniably beautiful. I think this will drink even better over time, and should be able to cellar for 10-15 years.

Are you kidding me? Incredible QPR. Beautiful depth for the price - drinks more like a wine 2-3x of what this costs. Got one at our logo wine shop to try it and am blown away. A slight pepper mid palate and spicy finish. Reminds me of Big Table Farm out of Oregon. Really impressed.

Super smooth, not overpowering in the least. But full of big red and black fruit flavors. Man do I love good CDPs and this is one for sure.

Incredibly smooth and approachable at a young age. I can assume it will develop over the next 2-5 years. My wife and I love this wine on any night and it drinks well with or without food. The nose brings out the Syrah and the finish is all Grenache. Just the right amount of spice and bold dark fruits. Superb QPR which is why I have bought this by the case.

Phenomenal. Needs more time but this is a hidden gem. Big robust flavors from start to finish. And oh what a finish. So glad I have 5 more of these.

Very solid, smooth Italian sparkling wine. No rough edges whatsoever. One of the best my wife and I have had. An amazing QPR for sure. Will buy more.

We had this beauty prior to Christmas Eve dinner and needless to say it was a big crowd pleaser. We knew we were in for a treat as we had tasted the 2013 Sauv Blanc at the Adamvs Vineyard this past September. This is unlike any other SB we have ever had, as the oak is woven beautifully into the flavors of apple, pear, honeysuckle and toasty vanilla. It is a pricey Sauv Blanc but dare I say it is well worth it to experience this joy in a glass. I only wish I had more.

Wow. Really opening up and in my opinion a hidden gem from the much maligned 2011 vintage. It's smooth and very balanced with big fruits and nice long finish. It could last another 2-4 years in my book but drinking very well today.

Awesome wine. Great when first popped but evolved well two hours after opening. Integrated tannins and smooth, powerful mid-palate with long, complex finish. Wonder food wine as well. Paired with various dishes at big dinner and just got better. Number one of 5 we had that night.

Drank in Napa at Brix with friends. Best of 3 very good bottles. Full of fruit and a gorgeous 30-45 second finish. I'm a fan.

Drank in Napa with friends. Really good. Peaking if not peaked I would think. Smooth and structured with nice integrated fruits. One more bottle left of this $19 joy.

Incredibly smooth, yet full of structure and depth. No fruit bomb at all, but rather complex and built for aging gracefully. A long 45-60 second finish that changes with time in the glass. A classic 07 cab....

Very good Sangiovese. Great QPR. Floral bouquet with a nice, smooth (albeit a tad sweet) midpalate...very nice wine. Not over-oaked at all. Very good QPR. Need to find more...

Love it. Big fruits and nice complexity. If you're open to reaching beyond the typical Cali cab or merlot then you might just like this one. No formal notes as I drank last night. Good stuff. Could it have been better? Sure, but at what price?

Very good Merlot. Super smooth with mellow tannins and a nice finish. Era m Christmas Eve and after being open an hour or so it really started to become more approachable. Definitely in the higher rung of Merlots out there.

Really good QPR. A great every day pinot that drinks better than its price. I don't expect much from a $12 pinot noir but this is a serviceable red, with a nice spicy nose and mid-palate, with a pleasant finish of smoke and red rasberry fruits, with some blackberry showing through as well.

Wow. What a wonderful wine. Decanted 4 hours and entered into a blind tasting of 20+ (BIG) wines last night. It finished a very close 3rd and was many folks' number 1 choice. This is a massive, complex cab with a whole lot going on. The nose is smething to behold, and the depth of the fruits on the mid-palate is impressive. . That's followed by a 60+ second finish that goes on and on. Another 5-10 years and this one would've been a 98-99. That said, I've only ranked a very smnall handful (literally) of wines over 95 pts....wish I had more than one of these left!

Stellar merlot. One of Bob Foley's better efforts. Against 20+ heavyweights in a blind wine tasting last night it finished 5th. Hard to distinguish from a big Napa cab / blend. Wonderful nose, which is almost as good as the huge fruits that are a trademark of Foley's wines. This is top notch stuff!

Popped and poured. So solid and smooth. Great floral nose with hints anise and herbs. An hour in the nose is the most stunning part of this wine. With time decanting (or additional years in the bottle) i'm thinking that this gem will develop into more. Big body of great cab fruits and spice on the midpalate. Very nice finish. I love many of the Washington wines...but very few Cab Francs anywhere have this depth and character. What a great QPR.

I really like this one. It is a great blend of Zinfandel and Cabernet with a zing of Petite Syrah on the mid palate. Definitely a great QPR. I cannot wait to go to the store to grab more.

Prefer the H3 cab or merlot to this blend. At least for this vintage. Just not as smooth and integrated. Would be interested in trying the 2009.

Great bottle that is drinking well right now. Pnp. Instantly huge mocha, spices and floral aromas on the nose lead to a well rounded core of dark fruits and well integrated oak on the midpalate. Medium finish. A little hot initially, it could have used a decant but was still great out of the bottle.

Lovely merlot. Can't tell if it's peaking now or not. PnP and probably should have decanted for awhile but went right into it. As we drank it opened up more. Big aromas of dark fruits, caramels, chocolate, and mocha with an impressive finish. Not quite as big as Foley's Merlots, but right up there.

Love it. Just a great QPR...consistently smooth and flavorful with a great finish. A crowd pleaser that seems to appeal to all types. No, it's not as complex as a bottle of single vineyard $100 big napa cab, but it doesn't aim to be. What it is - is very good juice - a lot better than a ton of $30-$50 bottles out there you can waste your money on. Usually even better on the 2nd or 3rd day.

Good, but not as good as the 2008 in my opinion. Expected more from this. Worse the 2nd day so recommend pop and pour if youre going to drink now. Decent nose, but hot on the midpalate and the finish is nice but not what i had grown accustomed to from the 07 and 08. For the price, can do better in this vintage.

Can't say I disagree with MicklethePickle on this one...all over the place. Not sure I've ever had a zin like this and that's not a compliment. Got based upon WS review and not sure what Laube was smoking the day he tasted this. Returning the 3 bottles I bought.

They dont make better $10 bottles of wine. Vacuum sealed most of this and repoured two nights later and wow... Such good juice. Big fruit on the front palate but has the complexity to carry through a nice finish. Again, we're talking a mass produced wine here. But it tastes a lot bigger than any mass produced wine these lips have touched.

Solid QPR; never fails to please. Always a better bottle on night 2 which is a testament to CC's ability to make a mass produced wine well. Smooth tannins lead way to cinnamon spices, mocha, and dark fruits which dominate the mid-palate...nice medlum length earthy finish.

A great CDR. Very smooth and easy to drink. Great QPR...I'm not a huge French wine drinker but there are definitely some I gravitate toward (Rhone blends and Bordeauxs primarily). Our friends (who are California cab / merlot fans) really liked this.
