Tasting Notes for herka

There is something that I dislike in this wine. But I can not put a word on it. Taste of grass, something like green vegetables. Looks like unmatured...
I cannot find the sancerre taste and flavor I usually enjoy.

Pas le style de Sancerre au quel je suis habitué. Trop floréal et pas assez sec et vif pour être de bonne compagnie pour les huîtres de claires que nous avons mangé.
