Concur with previous tasters, bit sweeter and lower on acid than I prefer. Good but not a wine I would seek out again.

Nice initial raspberry and dark cherry nose, followed by leather/earth. Palate had a nice balance, with more rustic barnyard flavours developing. Second day tasting was more towards the earthy notes, less fruit. Very good value.

Sweeter late harvest style, honey and lychee on nose. Viscous mouth feel with peach and apple. Would have preferred a bit more acid, maybe getting a bit on in age.

Long botrytis finish, great balance, didn't feel like a sugar bomb.

Blackberry fruit, with lots of oak. Hard to get anything else on the nose and palate. Tannins need time to soften as right now it's not very drinkable.

Nice floral and green apple nose and palate. Good balance. Daily drinker value.

Pleasant, with lychee and grapefruit dominating the nose. Could use more acid for my liking, and the finish was a bit short.

Way too much oak to enjoy this for more than a quick tasting. Very disappointed in the one dimensionality of this wine over extracted, sweet and oaky. Did I mention how much oak this wine has?!!

Nice Alsatian Gewurztraminer with lychee and apricot on the nose, good acidity, but the finish was a bit short and off right at the end. A shame otherwise it would have scored higher.

Classic Rhone barnyard and earth nose upon opening, then progresses to smoked meat and finally airs out and the leather and black cherry/blackberry fruit is exposed. Similar progression on the palate with less intensity, and more alcoholic heat. Finish is pleasant with medium length, and no real complexity. Lots of sediment. Vacuum sealed and tasted again the next day: more fruit up front, and even more one dimensional palate. This is a wine to enjoy a single glass upon opening, and a good value.

Lots of cherry on the nose, but I expected more complexity on the palate and was disappointed with the results. Better value could be found elsewhere IMO.

My wife and I found this to be too light and alcoholic, and expected much more from this producer who has impressed us in the past.

Lots of dark cherry/berry fruit on nose and palate, with some coffee and hints of earthiness on nose that faded quickly. Dense but not complex fruit forward wine with a medium length finish.

Straight forward, medium bodied, with a short sour finish.
