Mature and ready to drink. Like many 2007's this one is evolving rapidly.

Excellent bottle at a very nice spot right now. Tertiary notes are beginning to emerge yet still the primary and secondary notes of yellow fruits and white spring flowers are dominant. The struture is very well balanced and integrated. My last bottle served at the perfect time.

Absolutely stunning!! Such elegance. Perfectly mature and will keep for ages. Obviously very sweet, but never cloying as the acidity is still there to balance it all. 25 cl is waaay to small a bottle size, though.

Newly released and very fresh with the classic traits such as the elegant oxidative notes and tannic structure. Decanted three hours before serving, which helped a lot.

Lovely and easy drinking in perfect balance. Classic Christoffel! Has settled nicely and will easily hold another decade.

Weirdly unbalanced. Low acidity, clumsy and plump fruit with the alcohol upfront. Drink up.

This wine is slowly loosing the fruit and leaving behind the acidity, the classic cherry-bitterness and the alcohol. Especially the alcohol is disturbing the balance here. Ragose's style is to the dry side of the Amarone spectrum and the dryness is there with softening tannins that I find very elegant. But overall the fruit is fading and I will drink my last bottle soon.

Starting to settle. I have always found Cos to be a somewhat schizophrenic and unpredictable wine. This time, the balance is really good and well integrated. A good Cos that will improve with further aging.

(Disgorged autumn 2010)
Lovely tertiary notes of oxidation with nuts, chocolate, prunes and loads of rye bread. Crisp acidity and rounded mousse. In a beautiful place now and to be consumed now.

Modern style with too much oak for my taste.
Red
Being overly done and way too modern style combined with the warm vintage makes it unpleasant.

Decanted for an hour. Could have benefited from longer.
Lovely and very interesting. Modern style with a bit of yellow exotic fruits that led the blind tasters towards Puligny and not at all thinking af Chablis. Later on the acidity gave it away. Ready now.

Lovely wine. Clearly a Vin Nature, but in the good way. Focused fruit forward with a very wide aromatic profile spanning from delicate white spring flowers, rose petals and many types of red berries to light tobacco and elegant bergamote. Such a wonderful bouquet with a nice funky touch.
Acidity is beautiful and rounded. Soft alcohol and a long aromatic aftertaste with the berries in focus.
(Double decanted three hours before service. Served blind and grapes, geography and production style (nature) was pretty easily guessed by the panel.)

Hugely dissapointed. Nice on the nose but totally off and unbalanced in the mouth. Very dry and no sweetness at all. No aromatic correspondance with the nose. Weird and unfocused even for Marcel Deiss, and I generally like weird wines. The cork was immaculate, though...
Edit: Upon reviews from other tasters familiar with this wine, I must conclude that my bottle was flawed.

Double decanted 4 hours before service. That helped well putting together the alcohol and the dryness along with the fruit. Classic old school style Amarone with dryness and bitterness in it's place. Not a huge stunner, but quite okay wine.

Decanted 10 hours.
Great bottle at a beautiful place right now. Lots of blackberries and a nice sweetness that does not get cloying. The long decanting time made the alcohol much smoother and better integrated. Lovely wine at a great price!

About to go to sleep. A lovely wine that is about to go into its hibernation period. The primary fruit forward style is slowly becoming more closed down thus leaving the nice tannins, acids and alcohol behind to the taster. This wine will wake up again in two or three years (2020-2021), I guess. At that time, I expect the tertiary aromas to smoothen the wine to perfection, since the raw material is so good and well balanced.

In a great drinking window now. This is a moderen style Bandol where the Margaux heritage is clearly seen in the vanilla notes from the use of new oak. I usually prefere old school Bandol, but this is very well done!

The wine is in a nice spot right now. Lovely bright floral and light yellow fruit notes. Honeysuckle and a nice clear minerality. Despite the low acidity that comes with Roussanne this is a cristalline clear wine.

From magnum. Beautiful and stunning! Practically no bubbles left, but with all the wonderful tertiary notes that you just looove if you are into aged Champagne. Amontillado-ish notes and a crisp and clear acidity. A perfect bottle!

Vulgar coconut oil all over the place. Decanted four hours without letting the coconut oil aroma evaporate. Over-done and uninteresting vulgar wine.

Great bottle. Beautiful classic aromas of of dried figs and such. Lovely acidity making it not cloying at all. Not much botrytis, if any. Well balanced alcohol. Will last many years.

Perfect maturity! Such finesse, elegance and precission. The trick with Guiberteau is ageing. Let them dwell for about 10+ years and they will reveal a whole spectrum of burgundian style notes on the aromas while the tannic and acidic structure is softened and rounded. Absolutely lovely bottle at approx. €20! Drink up.

In a great place right now. Emerging tertiary notes blend in perfectly with the fruit. Pretty lush and with low acidity due to the warm vintage. A nice bottle. Drink now or over the next 5-7 years.

Great potential! Tasted this first obviously very young bottle to assess what to do with the remaining three bottles.
Loads of elegant aromatic notes: red berries (redcurrant and young raspberry), light herbs, mint, anis, red bright flowers and lactic notes.
Great acidity and some alcohol that soothes in the glass. Lovely texture with nice backbone indicating supressed power and potential.
The style is provencal-elegance and not Tavel-like in-your-face intensity. I will look very much forward to revisiting this wine after a year or two in the cellar, which I think will make it improve a lot.

Aromatically very interesting, but only in the nose. Deep, slightly oxidative, elegant tertiary notes with a classic chardonnay minerality that is unmistakingly chablissien. In the mouth the acidity is present and rounded with a slight dryness along with a slight bitterness. Aromatically quite short in the finish. Too short, considering the vintage and the grower. The aromatic persistance, or the lack thereof, are the reason for the 87 points. I will with pleasure drink up my last five bottles during this summer.
