Had high hopes for this, but unfortunately lacking acid and tension. Maybe better with the right food pairing.
Red
Wonderfull, still plenty of fruit left. Showed younger than expected.
Red
Good concrentration and juicy fruit in a natural style. Not very complex, Still young, but so drinkable now. Last bottle unfortunately
Red
Incredible concentration and density. Very much alive, but fruit dries out a bit in the finish. Overall, great experience

Fresh with nice acidity, but alltogether way to young. Tight and dense with mineral / stony finish. Give it several years in the cellar.
White
Very good. Retained good energy and acidity despite the age.

Wow... tight and shut. Dense dark pinot fruit, licorice and a hint of earthy spicy notes. Somewhat better on night 2 but will hold my remaining bottes several years.
Red
Somewhat tart on opening and definitely needed food. Better and more polished on day 2 and 3. Not complex, deep savory aromas but I was missing the pepper..

Solid. Bit more ripe than previous vintages but retains freshness, energy and balance.
Red
Very young and tight. Stains the glass purple. After 3 days in the fridge the fruit becomes more sweet and the wine more balanced. Much denser compared to previous vintages. Great potential, but will need a couple of years.

Red
Polished Rioja with sweet fruit, lots of vanilla from the barrels. Not overly complex but very easy to drink. Pairred well with lamb provencale. No need to wait for this.

For me a stunning wine. Aired 1 hour in decanter. Exiting complex nose of game, bacon, black olives. Palate has same flavours with an additional strong mineral layer. Tannins approachable, not coarse at all. Deep but at the same time fresh and weightless mouthfeel. Surprised how well this performed at a relative young age.

Has developed nicely. Quite earthy / game flavours. Dark fruit and tannins still gripping. Good now and withl some years of pleasure ahead.

flawed
Cooked fruit, volatile, band-aid / rubber and clearly flawed.
Bad storage or just unlucky bottle?

Light ruby. Tar, cedar, orange peel. Dry fruit but good acidity. Like a traditional Barolo from a great producer with a tight mineral grip on the finish. Excellent and will probably improve further with age if the fruit holds up. Need to buy more Etna.
Red
Nose dominated by a iron/metallic taint. Quite volatile.
On the palate high acidity, good underlying fruit but again dominated by metallic aftertaste. Not enjoyable.
Could this be a manifestation of brett or other bacteria?
This was my only bottle so could not asses possible bottle variation.

Dark violet hue. Stains the glass. Nose with warm slightly sweet fruits.
Quite concetrated on the palate. Again sweet fruit. Soft tannins. But just enough acidity to provide balance.
Southern Rhone Syrah, but not heavy.
Not complex and still very young, but oh so juicy, alive and a pleasure to drink.
Kicking myself for not buying a whole case!

A little bit less expressive and a bit more lean than the previous bottles. Still classic syrah fruit but no pepper or smokiness. Bought a case and this was no. 4 and the first to show a little variation from my initial impression.

Classic northern rhone syrah profile in a fresh light to medium bodied package. PnP. Notes of blackberry, pepper and a hint of smoke/bacon. A bit light in the mid palate but lovely freshness and acidity. Perfect everyday wine.

Strawberry fruit on a tight mineral background. Opens up further with air. Wonderfull now.
Red
Classic Barolo notes, nice fresh acidity from the 2010 vintage. Tannins still massive but relatively fine grained. Dry, astringent aftertaste. Keep for several years.

Much more developed than expected. Tannins almost gone, a bit dull and lacking tension. Either suboptimal storage or I should have drunk this 2-3 years ago.

Has developed in to a perfect wine for pairing with cheese. Much better than the bottles i consumed 2 years ago. Bought a case, only 1 bottle left...

Flawed. Cork completely wet all the way through. Off putting dirty smell. Have 2 remaining bottles that looks the same...
Red
PnP. Closed down and harsh at first. Opened up somewhat during the night. Cool fruit and pepper notes. Good concentration. Needs time or a very long decant.

Ruby, Orange rim. At first, Slender and closed aromatically with high acidity, fine tannins and muted fruit. Came around after several hours of decanting with classic nebbiolo notes of tobacco and cedar.

Ruby with brick-red rims. Classic notes of nebbiolo fruit. Not very complex and no real tertiary notes. Mature, medium to full body, tannins completely integrated with a very nice smooth silky mouthfeel.
Absolutely lovely structure now, although not as complex. Drink up.
