A real fruit bomb - I should have decanted it much longer than I did. nonetheless very enjoyable.

Alas, past its prime. Tasted thin, plus there was a vaguely disagreeable smell. Sorry to have waited so long. Bought this bottle at the Chateau itself many years ago.

Big, big wine. Delicious - tons of fruit. Put the main bottle of the night - Pichon Longueville - to shame.

Spectacular wine. It makes me sad that I only had one bottle. I will start buying this wine regularly.

I knew from previous reviews that this bottle would benefit from decanting. Complements of a 2.5 hour rain delay in the Yanks-Orioles playoff game it was decanted for nearly 4 hours. Good move. The wine was excellent. Very smooth, with surprisingly strong tannins. Excellent bargain. Wish I had bought a case.

A wonderful bottle and a pleasant surprise, shared with my daughter at dinner. Beautiful fruit taste and fantastic finish. Superb for a such a young wine.

Aged very nicely. Stood up well to a big steak.
