A beauty at this age. Decanted. Lots of fruit and earth, then quieted down and composed at 2+ hours.

Drinking so well right now withouy any tending to from PnP. This walked a fine line between fruit intensity and sober minerality; the balance was spot on. Nose was just a tad muted, but the body was composed with mineral highlights, and well integrated, not a hard edge in here- fruit, tannins, and acidity all in good harmony. Finish was lingering with medium tannins and dried fruits. I was hesitant to open considering the market, but it was thoroughly enjoyable. 50/5/13/9/8/8 = 93/A

Massively sweet. Not sure about the label describing structured and age worthy. I've never been disappointed with SB until today. Almost as if someone else's efforts were labeled. Sink pour.

Tensley has QPR all across the range of offerings, but this is a sweetheart of a bottle. An everyday gem.

If you're new to Sbragia, this is a great entry bottle. Solid, balanced, great QPR- gets you ready for headier offerings of theirs.

Easily top 3 for Amador County Zinfandel offerings. This is a go-to Turley for me, the first one I'm looking for on the mailing list. Love the liveliness and complexity. 50/5/12/16/9= 92/A-

Like drinking these Bedrock OVZ young- takes a bit to evolve, but its an enjoyable evolution from brash juvenile to suave college grad. Silly good QPR. 50/4/13/15/9= 91/A-

If I can drink an everyday Syrah, everyday, this is the one. Great balance, versatile, round yet mod-mineral finish. Stellar QPR 50/5/12/16/9= 92/A-

Nice QPR, bombastic WA rendition hits all the high notes- chocolate, oak, big red fruits. 50/4/12/15/8=89/B+

The true measure of Riesling is how versatile it is. Thiese would say it is "apostolic" in nature. That nails this one for me- a wine for the simpleness of everyday. This is a quality, never intrusive rendition fitting that bill.

Deep straw hue. Faint tropical fruit, crushed dolostone. Very mineral, very dry, a bit surprisingly so. Med-short finish, clean, somewhat thin. Would continue to drink this young. Takes to food well, but by itself it is a stretch to enjoy sitting- why not try on a casual evening stroll in the crisp autumn air. B+ =50/5/12/15/7

This may easily be my favorite Zin from the November release. As other said, unique to their portfolio/profile. Would like to compare with their other Amador offerings.

Rhone funk nose with Bordeaux body and finish. Unique blend, a bit all over the map on the nose, nuanced throughout, but love it. Great QPR.

Stellar QPR, always buy a case of this, drinks well with so many dishes or standalone. Top 5 value in Cali for me.

Keep coming back to this bottle, there is a good bit of alcohol that has to blow off at PnP, but it composes within an hour/hour-half, and then gets down to red fruit, brown spice, and white ash. The kind of fun, entertaining bottle when the friends are over you keep pulling corks and then realize your half case is gone.

Agree with some notes that at $25-30 this is a bit overpriced for the effect. $20 would be good QPR for what you get. Nevertheless, a great food bottle.

Don't know much about this label, but this was a very good wine. Came as part of an intro sampler pack, so market price unknown. Blackberry, cassis, and cassia bark on the nose, full body, dry finish. Was losing a bit of steam 4+ hours in, but really a great performer.

Ready at PnP, surprisingly as others said, but true. Headed right into the entree course with it. Was well matched to a lot of red meats and game. Not complex enough to say a QPR, but real close.

Given about an hour to open, this became a knockout. Hard to put a QPR tag on it at this price point, but this was a song with a side of Coho salmon.

Really like KFG, 2014 not as good as the 2012, but at this QPR and on a warn summer evening, throw practically any dish at it.

Its cherry and cherry again, lots of it. Due to the volume, there is some undercurrent of green cooking spice and cola, but its muted. Solid entry and zippy acidity, but short finish.
