Air since 4:30pm and starting serve at7:00pm. Floral and perfumed immediately after openning. Typical light ruby color with clear rim. Elegant and well balanced with a lot of spicee and herbs. finaaly with a taste of chinese dried plum aromas. May matured 5-10 years later

Bottle breathing for 1 hour before serving. Brownish Yellow color with small bubbles. Nose with lemon, oak and almond. Palette with lemon, pears, apple and light maple syrup. Well-balanced body with long finish

Start bottle breath from noon and serve at 7:30pm. Better than the one I had in 2010. It is more complex and enjoyable. A long finish for that vintage. Nose of earhly,leather and tobacco.

Open at 14:30 for breathing in bottle. Serve at 19:00. Strong nose with cherry, raspberry. Clolour is Clear and transparent. Still too young need to wait 7 to 10 years to matured.

Opened in the morning around 08:45 breath in bottle, starting poured out into Glass at 18:00. Clear Plum Red colour with a little bit pale rim in glass. Complexity in Nose and Palate changing from time to time lasting till we left around 23:15hrs.

Breathed in bottle from noon for diner,cork in good condition, standstill for 5 days already, ruby color with pale at rim, nose is dull at beginning, after more than an hour strong cheery n berries comes out, good complexity with pears, vanilla, toast, mushrooms in different stage and finally strong cigar in the glass.

Wine open at 11:00am and start to enjoy at 6:00 pm. Solid purple color with a pale color at the rim. Complex layer with a lot of fruity favor - blackcurrant, cherry, smoky tobacco. Long n dense finish. Amazing wine in a wonderful vintage.

Very impressive with unexpected changes. Light color without nose after immediate opening. Sour tasting and thought it was over. However as time passed , fiend came after 30 min and tasted different, so re-tasted after an hour and finished in 3 hours time. Fruity nose from bowl and changed nicely with powerful tobacco finish lastly. A wonderful experience for a 36 years old wine.
