Popped and let stand in the bottle for an hour. This bottle was fabulous. Very smooth and well structured with a nice long finish that remained balanced. Nice Cab flavors went well with grilled sirloin and a bleu cheese corn salad.

Might have waited too long to open this. Tasted very thin, without much nose. Not sure if it should be considered flawed, but I couldn't drink it.
The wine looks Brick colored.

Complex, great mouthfeel. We popped and poured this one, with some left in decanter (sealed) overnight. I think I liked it better the first day, but lots of structure and smooth tannins throughout. Looking forward to trying another bottle, but will probably let it further develop for at least a few months.

Decanted for about an hour. Took awhile for the flavors to balance out, but then the earthy, tobacco flavors came out. Very nice.

Nice bouquet of berries. Tannins are still a bit harsh, but seemed to open up after awhile (no decant). Did not finish the bottle, so we'll see how it is tomorrow night.

The flavors grew on me after the first few sips. Not too sweet for a Riesling.
