Very good with a minerality I seldom find in Alsace. Super for the price. I guess the longer time on the leas have resultet in the complexity.

Nearly as good as the 2019. A litlle tighter, but of course one year younger... Good acity with nice fruit that builds up with time.

Very good Barbaresco. It drinks very fine right now because of nice young fruit. But it has good acidty for longer term cellaring if you want.

So pure! he wine delivers a white-fruited, citrus-driven Riesling with strong minerality, laser-focused acids in a purist style. It feels as if the grape juice has been filtered through stone and slate. This fine piece is ideally stored for a few years.

I am amazed. New producer for me. At this pricelevel to achive this much. Typical Roter Hang riesling. Very good with nice minerality and citrus fruits.

Amazing Pinot. Evolves during several days with perfumes just increasing. Fine minerality and length. Crushing 2020 red burgundy! Interesting producer to follow.

Full, yellow fruit with nice acidity. Long finish. Wounderful! A little more expensive than Reflets(but still very good price) with a little more body.

The best cremant I've ever had. Better than many other champagnes. Considering the pricepoint it's a bargain. I bought a case :)

I don't get all the high scores for this wine. Nothing special, not very long, no complexity, the acidity isn't built for longer term aging. I would never have guessed GG blind.

A little stinky, but also some orange peal. Very bitter finish, sherry. Bad acidity. Not a very good wine and way to expensive.

A little bit of toasted bread, orange and citrus. Medium-bodied, not to sweet. Perhaps it would have had more fruit or better minerality out to be more affordable. Experiencing it more as a good standard of champagne

I don't understand the other comments on this wine. I have heard that they don't use oak. But maybe they do in just this cuve? Vanilla, and oak is whats left on the nose and and maybe some dried out strawbearies. If there has been some nice fruit in this wine, the fruit has begun to dry out, leaving a sensation of increasing dryness. The lenght was not very good and no fine acidity in the finish.

On the nose a little baking soda and stone otherwise relative restrained with little white peach and lime. The taste , however, is very concentrated and long. Nice drive with good acids lifts the warm vintage. Could very well be drunk now but is also good for the cellar.

First faint floral perfume but then not so sharp scent. Is fast reaching a little over ripe fruit , a little balsamic . So drink now. Will probably only be worse . The taste , however, is really good . Slightly sweet and a little salty liquorice , ripe cherries. Powerful and long aftertaste. I can see that this note differs from the ones below but bottle well stored.

Drink now and dont decant . Have unbelievably powerful and fine fragrance, dried roses tar, sweet licorice and red berries in a classic nose. The palate is incredibly concentrated , and it is a great wine with great length. BUT it falls apart alarmingly fast. After just a few hours , it is against an oxidized character. It has probably been well long on the old Botti casks in the cellar before bottling. The second day. The nose is almost dead. First a 97-98p wine but....

A big difference against the last bottle (half year ago). Significantly lighter. Nose: Still some cooked fruit, raspberry, sweet liquorice and tar, dried roses but not too floral. The flavor seems unexpectedly rounded. Where a little sweetness balances in the end and makes it very drinkable.

A little cherry initially but then takes over by the oak. Moisty old oak dominates. Not very good wine. Game over. Two opend bottles, stored well, same notes.

Allmost all fruit is gone allready. Mostly acids. I have tried a bottle about 2 years ago and it was ok. I have one more, will try it soon. Because if it's like this one, this is NOT a wine to keep.

Classic nose. A lot of dried roses, slightly licorice, red berries, strawberries, tar. Fine tannins but still significant roughness in the end. But it softens after 2 hours in the decanter and get wonderful and drinks more easely when the acid is replaced with a hint of sweetness. The nose wears off, unfortunately, also over time.

Purple but transparent. Classic nose of roses, licorice and tar. But not as powerfull nose as CaMia. The taste is not rough as CaMia and the tannins are softer. Quite a pleasent drink even now, actually.

Dark barolo. Feels like late harvested fruit, but just before it passed over to cooked fruit. On the nose tea, dried roses, ripe strawberries, blackberries, licorice. Very concentrated, long fine aftertaste, balanced. Can be drunk after 3-4 h decant now but can also be stored.

The fragrance is a perfect combination of fruit and stone dust. The taste is also perfectly balanced. A little less fruit than 09 but at the same time is the stony finish more evident. Long and fine. Concentrated, acid and sweetness in balance. I don't know if it will improve much so drink now.

Classic nose, strawberries, roses and tar. Medium body. Finish is a bit dry right now. Improved overall second day after a night in the fridge. One of the 2009 barolos that could be kept for a longer time and will move higher in score.

I think this is at the top right now. First, maybe a little too bothersome petrolum, but it disappeared and left. Then the classic nahenose with mineral. The taste is slightly sweet but long and fine with fine acidity at the end and minerals. Drink now!

Looks like there are different bottlings of this. I have bought 6 bottles, sadly. And I have opend 3 of them. They have all been the same. None of this fantastic "mind-blowing nose of prephylloxera fruit" as Suckling writes. I don't like Sucklings taste. But when he gives 100 points. It's impossible that the wine tastes like this. I bought my bottles through Atomwine.dk. I would say almost nothing on the nose but some fudge from the oak and some strawbearies. The taste reminds me of a weak and boring brunello. I have tasted other wines from Pietradolce. They were much better and very different.

As the previous bottles shown approx 1-2 h decanting then its full blow. At one point the nose is more of a nothern Rhone. As with the 2010 it is a "cleaner" vintage with less brett. Full-bodied and concentrated, long finish, with nice acidity, slightly sweet liquorice. Shuting down after about 5 h and becomes more dark, licorice, minerals, so drink up and enjoy. Very good drinkability! (I think that there is allways bottlevariation from this producer. Maybe they dont blend all the casks before bottling?)

Nose of sweet peach, a little restrained. The taste has a hint of smoke occasionally, big conc, rich in fruit without beeing flabby. Perfect balance sweetness/acidity. Long and good finish. If the nose were a little bit better the score would be even higher.

10an differs markedly from previous vintages.( I drank, 07, 09 ). Not much in the aroma. The taste is dominated by, at best, a little lemon fruit. Otherwise the wine feels very thin in the fruit. Whistling high acidity dominates, and is there any sweetness in the wine so it definitely does not. In the aftertaste is no nice rocky minerality that I found in previous vintages. With more air, the wine becomes slightly fatter and develop a slightly oxidized tone. Very disappointed at this. I'll try a 11a soon too, hope it is significantly better. Reading previous scores I hope there was something wrong with this bottle. Two more to go..

Relatively strong on the nose. Maybe not a typical riesling nose. I am thinking of gooseberries, kiwifruit, orange, a bit of spices. Really nice. The taste is good but not quite as long and I miss some fine acids and minerals this ground usually able to give. But day 2 after a night in the fridge, we have this also. Store or save the open bottle in the fridge for 24 hours.

Much cleaner expression than my last bottle, a more funky and bretty character. On the nose cherry fruit, tar, beer, sweet liquorice and some funk. The flavor is silky and pure concentrated and long. With more air, the usual licorice came forward more and more. On top now.
