Used aerator since this wine is still young in the bottle. Some tannins remain but very approachable and easy to drink. This wine is sweeter (higher brix) so pairing it with spicy food will balance it out. Cheers!

Good, easy to drink cab blend for the price. Used an aerator and after 20 minutes it reached its full potential. Cheers!

Young with overtones of green pepper on the palate. As it opened up, the green pepper diminished and was very approachable. Right now it pairs better with food, give it another year or two and it will be fantastic on it's own.

Two words: Fruit Bomb! Needs to breathe for great patio sipping on this luscious fruit forward, almost chewy wine. Cheers!

Cabernet lovers pinot noir! Only 247 cases produced of this exceptional wine. Blue fruits and floral notes on the nose, and plumb/raspberry on the palate. Medium bodied wine that is well balanced and a medium finish. Decant for 30 minutes or use an aerator to bring out the best qualities. Cheers!

Drinks like more expensive cabs from Howell Mountain. Full bodied, dark fruit, great mouth feel, and very well balanced. Decanted using an aerator into a glass and it was very approachable and just kept getting better until the bottle was gone. Cheers!

This wine is ready to pop and pour! Lighter side of medium body with hint of cherry on the nose. Well balanced, short finish, no tannins, and ends in true pinot fashion with a little cherry. Great pinot for the price.

Decanted, poured into glasses and started drinking within minutes. Basically, a pop and pour wine! Tannins were soft, great nose rich with dark fruit, and the palette was well balanced without being a fruit bomb. Paired well with Italian food and I'm sure with any other savory dish.

Extremely well balanced with red fruit on the nose and bell pepper on the palette. If you like cabs, this is your blend! Do not aerate as it will diminish the characteristics of the wine. Pop and pour and enjoy! The wine is at it's peak so drink now or within the next 18 months.

Combination of dark fruit and bright red fruit with cherry finish. Medium bodied wine that needs to age or open/decant for 60 minutes. Great as a food wine rather than patio sipping. One of the better pinots from Oregon for the price!
