I should have paid attention to my initial note. Much better a couple of years ago so hopefully just closed-down right now (even a long decant didn't crack this open for me). Hold

Unbelievable QPR on this. Not super complex but very enjoyable wine.

Just a really, really, really big wine. Tastes like an over ripe right bank bordeaux. Boy, did I overpay for these.

Minerality and acidity balance sweetness. Quite good - originally thought it was a Riesling.

A little early in the drinking window. Great stuffing!

A few years made a big difference. This is a very good blend. Recommend an hour decant.

Really not good in my opinion. Received as a holiday gift. Would never have guessed this was pinot noir if tasted blind - another fruit bomb from Caymus that reminded me of their 40th anniversary cab (didn't like that either).

Was really hoping that I could get beyond the hot 16% ABV (printed on the label and much higher than mentioned in the press). The wine critic comments are strong on this wine but I found it to be a very big fruit bomb - so much for my bargain right bank with good critic scores - no mas.

Not as familiar with Barolos. This bottle was not very enjoyable. Assuming flawed.

Struggling to understand this wine. Definately some oxidation and hints of sherry but tastes thin to me. Some have said good things and I am told that these have very long lives so hoping more time in my cellar transforms. I agree with other notes that this tastes like sour cider right now. No rating at this time.

Sour cherry, almost effervescent...not a fan at this point and hoping some time helps my other bottles. No score.

Definitely needs a very long decant before drinking at this stage - what a difference several days of air made!
