Was light and crisp perfect match for a cooking class dish of a Riesling Coq Au Vin with garlic smashed potatoes. Now I wish I had more bottles.

Bottle was seriously flawed/corked -- tons of wet bandaid smell and taste. Did not blow off at all. Was very disappointed after waiting for it to finally open back up. Glad I have more bottles, hoping they are not flawed. Opened a 2007 Cotes de Tablas a few months ago and it was fantastic.

A great Denner Syrah. Nice plum and blackberry flavors with a nice floral aroma and taste from the Viognier. Still young and could use more time. Nice finish with some black pepper. Glad to have more bottles to see where this one goes.

Really liked this wine, wow! Was very smooth with lots of complexity. Black fruits and some earthiness and some black pepper. Still a more structure to age and glad I have more. Would have been nice to see how it would have developed overnight but could not stop drinking it.

Day one, amazing fruit with raspberry and cherry up front. Great mourvedre nose. Great finish with nice tannins and acidity. Will be interesting to see how this goes over the next day or two if possible. Still young and so happy to have a number of bottles to see how this one ages.

Very nice and tasty Mouvedre. Nice dark fruit flavors. Still lots of chewy tannins. Will like to watch this one age. Reminds me somewhat of the southern France mourvedres. Had to order more atfer opening this one to assure I had more before they are gone.

I usually do not drink rose wines. This is not your typical rose. The grenache and syrah balance each other in this wine. It is a great summer wine. I liked the description the staff at Booker said about the wine...."It's a man's pink".

Great wine. Very approachable now compared to 2007. Wine has dark color, rich with flavors and aromas of plums and blackberries with a bit of smoke. Really like the structure, should age well. It was great from first sip to last drops from bottle. This was favorite in tasting with 2007 L'Aventure Estate Cuvee, 2006 Caliza Companion, 2008 Villa Creek Willow Cuvee. Glad to have more bottles to drink and allow to cellar.
