Had a glass in wine bar at Nafplio…
Slightly thin and weedy. Never really gave pleasure even after lots of air time.

Another stunning bottle cellared since release.

In a perfect drinking window, and contender for wine of the year . Needs at least an hour of air to really start singing and showing the pencil lead, truffle, and earth notes. Medium bodied, beautiful acidity and 40 second+ finish. Classic BDX rather than flashy.

Long finish

A bit tired, thin, high acidity, fruit has subsidized and it has a short finish.

Tons and tons of sediment.

If you have this, try to drink it up.

Black fruit and judicious oak, with bold ripe blackberry and black cherry and tabacco notes. Teeth stainer for sure with 11% petit Verdot in the blend.

Still on the young side and could do with a decant

Opens with bright aromas of raspberry, rose petal and orange peel, leading to well-structured flavors that build tension toward medium-grain tannins.

100% To Kalon fruit, aged in 96% french oak.

Gravel, pencil lead & graphite aromas lead to loamy earth, sage and dark chocolate notes alongside gobs of black fruit. Silky tannins make this very approachable now even without a decant.

Great QPR.

Potential to be a 10+ year wine.
