Very good quite elegant dark fruit, still young. Somewhat thin and tannic in mouth. Better day two with more solid fruit. Would expect it could add complexity with age. Wait another 5-10 years.

Dark, young and robust tannins. Decanted one hour which was not enough. Dark fresh fruit with some oriental spices. Somewhat unripe character and a little disapointing but think it can improve and next bottle in 5-10 years time.
2004 Château Chasse-Spleen Moulis en Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend (view label images)
Nice and elegant fruit with leather and tobac. Classic Bordeaux from a somewhat cold year. Good maturity and would not wait too long with remaining bottles. Grand Cru quality. 2004 did not generally get good ratings by english winejournalists in the 'after 10 years' tasting but I liked this.

Very aromatic and fruity nose. Some tannins left but is drinking good now and there are years ahead. I have not been impressed by Jadot nor Savigny in the past but this is an excellent wine.

Beautiful dark wine with smell of raw meat and forest berries. Masculine and elegant at the same time. A touch of sweetness and for me, soft tannins. Ready to drink after decanting. Matched the filet of reindeer perfectly. Expect most Clape Cornas to need at least 10 years but this is very good now.

From .375. Dark strong forest berry. Rich wine with good acidity. Not sweet as noticed by some other Zinfandels. Need air to soften the tannins. Very good wine but should have waited some years. Needs food at this stage.
