12/6/12, 11:18 AM - It still is rather young and when I drank it, it really needed some time to open up which can be troublesome for a dinner. On the other hand you will not be disappointed if you open it because it will develop spectacularly in the glass. But also keeping it somewhat longer will certainly not hurt. I hope this is helpful.
