WA: A juicy, lively, cassis, leafy herb and graphite scented red, the 2013 The Dissident (64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot) is medium to full-bodied, balanced and elegant, with a seamless, charming profile that’s ideal for drinking over the coming decade. It’s a terrific value.

Found this to be too heavy on the oak, leather and chocolate. Didn't find it worked too well with food. Will definitely look for something else

A bit too sweet closer to a Gerwerz than a Pinot gris
