I am very, very picky with Dolcetto as I find it can be so out of whack when made without a well guided hand. Roddolo's bottling is fantastic. Plum, cassis, and raspberry jump out of the glass with more earthy undertones emanating underneath. The mouthfeel is balanced, with all of that great fruit and not a punch of tannins on the finish.

This is on the heavier and richer side. Tons of red fruits, blood orange, and some earthiness come out. This bottle went quickly...
White - Sweet/Dessert

The color is completely dark brown. On the palate it is rich and round, with all of the acidity rounded out. This wine is nicely balanced though with a lot of stone fruits on the palate. Absolutely yummy.

Light amber color. Tons of honey and fresh tropical fruit (mango, pineapple). Drink now.

Incredible amber brown color. On the nose, there's a fresh and earthy smell of pine pitch. On the palate, this is straight up grilled pineapple and peaches. Not much more life ahead of it.

The yellow color was absolutely beautiful and so vibrant. quince, On the nose, there was peach, pear, minerality, marzipan. Petrol comes on the palate as well as bright lovely acidity and yummy RS. This has so much more life ahead of it. If you find a nicely stored bottle, buy it!
