Got 4 from WTSO at $13 a bottle. First Gruner I've seen them offer so took flyer on it. Glad I did as here in midwest ANY Gruner Vetliners are hard to find and I have really come to enjoy them especially as alternative to Sauv Blanc. Zesty lemon with a bit of spice and nice acidity balance yet smooth on the finish. For the QPR a nice find and would give it a try if you find it. Looks like according to "in cellars" I'm the only one to have tried.....good maybe that means they'll have some more :-)

The first of the famous Bordeaux 2010 vintage. If this is an indication of things to come, then I already am anticipating the rest of the wines. Young at the moment, with really decent concentration of fruit, quite decent finish, and most importantly a really nice structure and acidity that I was not expecting from a wine at this price point. Initially I picked two bottles from my local store, then I ordered an additional pair. No need to say that the price point here is quite attractive. On the nose, cassis and coffee. Rather pleasant nose!
