Drank on 14 Feb. Because of the vintage, I opened it for 5 hrs before. I found sweet note and floral filling my dining room (my impression for Valentine’s Day). Back to reality, the Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru Les Amoureuses by Nicolas Potel gave me tons of red cherry and violet, some chocolate hints with long long aftertaste. Added lots of fun to this romantic day.

Uncork the bottle at 6:45pm and drank through 3 hrs. without decant. The Chambolle emitted beautiful nose of red fruit silky palate and hints of nutmeg. Developing well in the bottle.

The Domaine Leflavive Chevalier Montrachet exhaled intense honey and flowers. Stainless steel and the critrus fruits with the lovely and balanced acidity, a bit bitter at the finish; long aftertaste. This 1992 wine is so wonderful.

On nose : Clean, Medium intensity, Floral, Red-fruit - Cherry, salty plum, smokey, hint of cigar box.
On Palate : Medium body, Red-fruit, plum, game, salty, meaty, soft tannin, medium acidity, medium length.
This wine is ready to drink for decant half an hour, still will improve.

The wine is clear and medium to deep ruby in color. No bubble seen with some legs. Look young.
Clean nose, medium+ intensity in aroma. Black fruit such as blackcurrant with hint of nuts and milk powder.
The palate is dry, medium+ acidic and tannin, medium body and medium+ intensity. The finish carried red fruit, such as cherry and pump with some oak flavor.
The wine is ready to drink but can improve.

Drank with my friend on both our birthday. The wine had gone down to the shoulder, but the nose is still very good. After decanted for half an hour the wine showed medium-body. Riched with hints of berries, long and complex finishing. Just right time to drink.
