    2/28/22, 11:26 PM - No, I think it will stay at this level for some time, at least 3 years. But I do like to drink it when the fruit is still sweet. If your prefernce is more subdued fruit you can wait a decade.

Lean tannins with present acidity. Tertiary aromas have the upper hand but still some nice dark fruit. Drink now.

    9/10/20, 1:29 PM - Depends on your preference. The remaining fruit will maybe last a few years but I’d like to capture it while the fruit is still noticeable and gives balance. To me there is not much gain on further time in the cellar.

Fine nose of lingonbery tobacco roses tar
Very long aftertaste execebating the nose
Present tannins with a smooth grip and acidity at a pleasent level.
