Amazed there was still life in this bottle. Decent fruit but definitely past its prime. Cherry, leather and tobacco and the most sediment I've seen in a bottle in a long time.

The best Tempranillo I've tasted. Absolutely beautiful. Concentrated and chewy, long finish, great fruit. Wish I could drink this on a regular basis!

One of the best desserts I've ever tasted. Medicinal, sweet and almost syrupy. I've been sipping on this for a month and hope there are still a few sips left for the next month. Brilliant wine and worth every penny.

Great fruit and finish. Surprised by the acid still on it. Could easily sit for another 5+ years before hitting proper drinking window. Just purchased this bottle from the library at the winery a week ago and will be back for more to add to my cellar.

A great bottle holding very well. Great fruit and acid, wish I had more to hold for a couple more years.

Not what I was expecting, it was mostly better. A little apple, with flowers and herbs. Great minerality and dry finish.

Pulled the wrong bottle from a recent club purchase. Definitely needs some aging as the acid way too big for the 1 hour decant time I had. Will be purchasing more though as this should be spectacular years down the road.

Surprised by the alcohol on the nose since it is only 13.3%. Cherry and tobacco with long finish.

Brilliant! Stinky, which drove many away tonight from the bottle which thrilled me. 3 hour decant, back in bottle for 1 hour. Loved every second of it!!

Tannins you can chew on in this wine. Loved it at first taste on release in December, 2010, went to sleep a little bit, but is a lion again. This is the way a brilliant wine should taste.

I've given this wine a 95-96 before when tasted, but it's a little shut down right now. Had a 24 hour decant and it still wasn't ready. If you've got some 2008, hold on to it a few more years before you enjoy.

Took to a restaurant and is still really tight. Needs some decant time, but incredible tannins that I love in a Sheridan wine. Can't wait to see how this ages.

Definitely past it's prime. Was concerned it was corked at first but realized it just didn't have much life in it.

Still very green. Bought today and decanted for 1 1/2 hours. Showed well, but will be much better with a longer decant or over time.

Pop and pour was still very approachable but needs at least an hour in the decanter. Couldn't wait to try it though to see about getting more.

Decanted for 10 hours, still needs more bottle time. Great wine, but will wait to give a rating until the next bottle down the road. Approachable, but will only improve.

Really opened up nicely when warmer than I normally drink a white. Great flavor!

This is one of my favorite bottles of wine ever. I've had at least a dozen bottles and it never disappoints. The Grenache shows through very well. Wish I could drink it every day.

Showed extremely well in a blind tasting against Quilceda and Sheridan.

Won a blind tasting with 12 quality palates and noses over Quilceda and Sheridan. Double decanted all wines for 10 hours. Beautiful bottle of wine.

Very decent and refreshing rose, especially or someone that doesn't drink a lot of them.

Decent, but not worth the money. I enjoyed it as it was a gift, but I would be disappointed if I paid $85 or more for this bottle as theirs plenty of others for less that are equal in taste and quality.

Decanted 2 days, still very tight. Lovely wine, but still needs time and will be even more phenomenal.

Amazingly good even with a pop and pour and less than 24 hours after receiving the shipment. Bought 3 more immediately after.

Drank along side an 07 Hartwell cab, 08 Blankiet cab among others that were definitely a little smaller. This was hands down the wine of the night. Rocked everyone's world!

Was very surprised this wasn't as open as I expected after a 2 hour decant. Should have read the other comments more closely. Very soft but also lower alcohol than I'm used to. Will be a better wine in years to come.

Still young, but the comment about this wine was "it's every thing a wine should be".

Based on previous comments, this might have needed a little more bottle time. I thought it opened nicely!

Still very young but opened nicely with a 2 hour decant. Can't wait to see how it evolves over time. It's going to rival most other Walla Walla syrahs.
