Wish I would have given r a longer decant. Tan is were very firm and gripping then slowly softened or the fats from the Wagyu "Gold Cut" Ribeye soften.

Not sure how this is a Napa Cab. Flat, one dimensional and thin. I guess it's not vinegar and is drinkable. Last Bottle screwed me on this one as this should be a sub $20 wine not $60.

Not sure if this was a bad bottle but it was so overly sweet, over ripe not enjoyable. All four of us that tasted could not finish the glass and poured it out.

I gave a full 24 hour decant. Lots of blue and black fruits and earthy notes. Long pleasant finish, really liked this wine.

Cherry, raspberry, cherry, smooth tannins make for a long seductive finish. Drinking really well right now. Glad I still have a couple bottles in the cellar.
