I recently had the '95 myself, showing beautifully. Also recently had the 1990 Cab Franc head to head blind with '90 Cheval Blanc, virtually identical, great night!
* NOTE: The two CF were is my controlled cellar since release (the CH Blanc was not).

It started out with nice aromatics and a complex bouquet. Berry, cherry and mineral notes with elegance and finesse on the palate with a long pleasant finish. Fine polished tannins. Not a powerhouse, and that's good we weren't looking for that to go with plank grilled Alaskan Salmon. Big success! very enjoyable with really good lines.

Beautiful aromatics, nicely balanced with a very fine texture. Elegant and rich without being overdone. Color is lighter than many but that isn't an issue to its quality (probably has a little Grenache in blend).
This is what I look for in a Syrah that is more Rhone styled.

Cooking spice notes, briary, intense and focused varietal (Cabernet Franc). Ripe and somewhat tannic, dense black fruits, minerals with structure. Ideal with beef. We had it with a grilled Flat Iron steak, would be really good with lamb. Broad on the palate, good depth and length with a spicy finish.

Golden straw color. Beautiful texture with a waxy broadness across the palate. Brilliant balance, honeysuckle and white nectarine accented with a neat minerality, lemon and limestone. The finish is clean and relatively long for this varietal. This may be the best Soave I have had in years including when I was in Italy three months ago. Perfect with the turkey-olive oia and garlic Linguine I had with it.
