This is quite aromatic: rose petals, peach puree, lemon rind. Dry, however fruity upfront with a fresh acidity and a round mouth feel. Green apple and lemon on the mid, along with notes of petrol and minerals. Touch of sweetness on the finish, but it is balanced by the sour fruit and acidity.

Ripe red fruit and smoky notes. Very fruit driven and quite high in alcohol. It tastes more like CA than OR. Like the spicy finish though.

I found this being fresh and elegant. Drunk from a Pinot Noir glass. Cherry compot, blueberry, strong lavender, baked clay, black pepper. Light and fresh entry with sour red and blue fruit flavors, grainy tanning and a lingering floral finish. Very pretty.

This was a little weird. The rubber element that I get in Sauvignon Gris (20% in this cuvee) is very dominant ad it lacks freshness.

This felt like the reflection of a non ideal vintage. Even decanted for 2-3h it is still dull. The fresh nose gives off spice, violet and sour cherry, but on the palate it lacks fruit and the tannin are harsh.

This is a riper version of Rosso; the fruit is sweet and it lacks the freshness and rustic notes of Sangiovese.

Very primary upon opening, it shows fresh red berry and herbal notes with high acidity. After 1h in the decanter, the acidity softens a bit and it gives up some maraschino cherry (the tannin makes it feel like chewing the skin of a cherry) and black raspberry, finishing with dried herbs and dust.
