Decanted 3 hours before consuming. Excellent nose and incredibly smooth finish. I was worried that the 1979 was past its prime. Cork crumbled immediately but wine was superb throughout

The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. Had with turkey, stuffing and all of the trimmings over Thanksgiving. It was enjoyed by all with high marks
