Way better on day one, with pure sangiovese fruit singing in the glass 95. On day two the oak got a lot more dominant...

Really enjoy the berry, tea and tar aroma, but: the oak is to dominant which is a real pity.

Clear crisp texture. Good fruit, perhaps flirting a bit with oxidization but keeps it on the "right" side of the fence. Good stuff with great purity

Clean crisp fruit with well integrated alcohol levels (15 %). Pure almost cool grenache dominated fruit. Opens up considerably after a couple hours of airation.

Fresh red berries in an australian context. Has a lot of stuffing (as expected) but manages too keep it from being cloying or sweet. Outstanding!

First not that rewarding with oozes of dark fruits and chocolate. After a day the aromatics have changed quite dramatically and its a lot more classic nebbiolo. Doesn't really lift to merit a 90+ score, still alright.

Smell is quite reminiscent of Swedish winter soda (julmust). The acidity is quite refreshing. Aftertaste is long with some violets and stewed meat.
