Fantastic, drank at casanova in Carmel, much lighter than other CdP blanc we've had. Minerals, some light fruit. Crisp and balanced, high alcohol not noticeable.

Outstanding wine, it has aged wonderfully and is probably perfect right now. Paler red in color, clear shoulders. Very "old world" rhone style, produced with a deft touch, not overly "big". Channeling the best of southern France via California. Great with food, but ready for an evening with you and your loved one, too.

Having never had Arneis before, I don't know how this wine should taste, but we loved this wine when drank at Rose Pistola in SF. Crisp, bright and minerals.

Great wine, interesting pale color, not as bright red as expected but lighter (though not rose light). Very "bistro" wine like, but at another level. Complex and just the right amount of dry.

A very nice wine. Purchased for some cooking, but the wine is enjoyable to drink. Bright and good acid, nice pear notes. Very pale in color, quite a long finish.

From the 2011 Wine club shipment. So far, the 2007 Cab Sav is the best, but needs time. We liked this Rojo del Patron better than the Primoroso, thus far, from this shipment.

Wine club delivery. Very good, wonderful nose, long legs and nice color. A bit tannic, still, though should be left for a year or so.

Still very young, but a great bottle. Tight at first, but beautiful ruby color (not inky black), wonderful, classic bordeaux style nose. Opened up nicely as the night progressed. Will buy more, this wine promises to get much better still, although it's great now.

Was concerned about this wine getting too warm when shipped earlier this week, but no worries there, the wine was fine. Beautiful pale yellow in color, many small bubbles, fruity and slightly sweet, a nice balance, and just right for my tastes, which lean towards less yeasty.

Drank another of these bottles now, and it didn't impress me as much as previously. A little tight and herbal, we'll see how it goes when we drink another bottle in a year.

Drank at Daniel in New York on advice of sommelier, with duck pate, rabbit and veal. darker in color, nose of spice and a little vanilla, subdued fruit, really wonderful in that sense. opened up and revealed more fruit in the glass, but never lost the earthier nose.
