Too young, wait another 4-5 years. Last glass opened a bit more after 3 hours. Cherry, plum, ripe fruit. Tannins too harsh for now.

Still very good but needs a lot of breathing. Didn’t really opened up before 1h. Light bodied, plum noise, crisp and fresh. To drink without food.

An ok Brunello at a fair price. Still pretty rough - open a couple hours prior to drinking. Would benefit from a good 3-5 years aging.

Probably way too old for what that wine can hold. Wasn’t flawed but was on the fade side. Earthy, almost grassy on the nose. Not much fruit left.

Wow. This wine is a spectacular buy for the price. The wine seems to evolve over time, and is very atypical of what you probably know. Savagin gives unexpected results, but this is a success. The nose is very complex, changing slightly at each sip.

Not ready yet to drink, keep a couple of years still. The wine took at least 3 hours to open. At the beginning, the wine was smelling nothing at all; it was almost worrysome. Slowly, it began to open. Tannins are a bit harsh still; a couple of years will be good. However, you can already see this will be a great wine. Very expressive sweet nose, cherry, almost candy-ish. Long finish, very good.

Very interesting wine from Greece. Definitively, Greece is a region to keep an eye on. This wine is similar to a pinot; very expressive nose, mouthful of fruit, nice finish. At that price, you would be a fool not to stock a couple of bottles for later.

Everything produce by this vineyard is exceptional. This Chardonnay doesn't make exception. Quite complex bottle that requires a bit of breathing before showing up it's true self.
