Rich fruit and spice on the nose. According to the winery, 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot. Palate is ripe and rich with plenty of acid and gorgeous velvety tannins. Great balance. Long finish. Drinking perfectly now.

No wonder Emma won Winemaker Of The Year! Tastes closer to Southern Rhone than Ontario.
