This wine has evolved and may be better now than 2 years ago. Seems a touch bigger with ripe cherries jumping out of the glass.

Glad I hung on to these for a long time before trying the first bottle. It was pure beauty after 15 minutes in the glass. The deep ripe fruit was just as fresh as the day it was picked. Everyone enjoyed this wine a lot. Glad I have three more bottles

this was easily the wine of the night and not really a surprise. i was only able to get 2 bottles of this wine 4 years ago so i knew it would be just that good. it has to be in the perfect drinking window right now.

With Demitri and family at Croc's. Great dark juicy fruit coming from the second swirl in the glass. Really retained it's rich fruitiness until the last drop 1.5 hours later. Love these Carlisle wines.

Held up pretty well against the first wine of the night which is saying a lot. Decanted and poured. The first wine was an 02 Schrader so there really is no comparison except that while the Schrader was perfectly balanced, silky smooth and loaded with amazing fruit; the Cadence was more like a exciting conclusion to the night. A little tart and rough compared to the first wine but fun to drink just the same, as the two wines were such a contrast.

Just an amazing wine. Still oozing with ripe fruit and perfect balance. This wine was decanted and poured. Needed about 15 minutes to open fully and was just delicious from first sip to last drop.

Solid wine from beginning to end, may be a little past prime at this point or I was just blown away by the '08 Problem Child that I opened last week. This wine clearly is more Syrah driven as well. Still very good.

This wine was popped and poured. I could tell it was going to be special when I popped the cork. the smell was loaded with scents of fresh ripe fruit. It exploded from the glass with a rich delicious taste that had us asking how a wine could taste much better.

Delicious right from the start. Ripe cherry on the nose, smooth and easy to drink, and a fantastic long finish. Not sure how many years ahead it will drink like this but it is sure great now.

Decanted for 1 hour and drank over next 2. Delish from first taste. No tannins in the way of this beast. There's got to be some Shiraz in the mix here because the fruit resembles a Shiraz more than a Cabernet. Big and rich with a very long finish. Loved by all.

Very disappointed in this wine. It may be young as others have said, but I decanted for an hour and it was smooth but flat. Not much fruit to speak of either. The best thing was the chili that we had with it.

WOTN! Only needed 15 minutes to open in glass this is a marked change from my first bottle. The rest is the same. This is a big rich full bodied cab blend with a very long finish. One of my favorites from the northwest. May be close to peak, but could be great for years to come.
