PNP, dropping a little bit quickly, maybe because of vintage?

still young. need time to develop. keep improving from uncork (1600) to finish (0000). Best during the dinner (2000), with floral, perfume, smooth and soft tannin, little bit mint and herb. A really nice one and should leave it in cellar for five+ years

Bottle breathe two to three hours

Pale ruby and with some sediment.

The wine is full of perfume, red currant, violet, mineral and earthy. Complex, powerful, and elegant. Not difficult to approach now, especially when compare with their wine from 2010. This 2007 RdM can drink now, but have potential to develop further.

Absolutely one of my favorite Rosso di Montalcino!

Breathe in decanter for around 2-3 hours.

Much better than last time, at the beginning it shows mineral, gamy and cherry, but after 2 - 3 hours breathe, the nose and palate improve a lot, with more fruit and floral. Fine tannin and good acidity, with a substantial length.

Still young and tight, need time to develop. It's too bad that I could only open the bottle at around six. The wine is powerful with complexity, and similar to previous bottle, it's full of dry rose, perfume, cherry. Good finish

The wine is still a young gentlemen which still need time to develop. The cork is remove at 10am and we start drinking at around 8pm.

In the morning, the wine is full of tannin and the other aroma is very subtle. After 10 hours bottle breathe, the wine develop more and more characters, with bunches of rose, perfume, black cherry, herb and earthy. Tannin is much smoother than in the morning, but still chewy.

A hugh structure wine with long finish. Better to hold for a few more years

Champagne from 1985, Degorge in 2001.

Mature and a bit oxidation. But I think it is normal for a Champagne for 30 years. Yeasty and creamy, with some hint of food. Not many bubbles left and the golden in color. Overall the champagne is balance with good length.

A very good experience.

A golden yellow champagne with smooth bubbles. Bright and shiny, degorge in Nov 2011 (11 years on lees). Yeasty and citrus fruit on nose. Creamy in textile, grapefruit, lemon, zest, yeasty, biscuits, bread and some vanilla on palate, which form the complexity of the Champagne. Long finish.

Powerful, oaky at the beginning. need to bottle breathe for a few hours before serving. The wine at the beginning with vanilla, coffee bean, chocolate, oaky. I opened the wine at 3 pm, corked back at around five and uncorked it at 1930 when I arrived the restaurant.

During the dinner, the tannin improved and became smoother than the beginning, with some cherry, plum, chocolate and vanilla. A good wine with good QPR.

Need time to develop. Uncorked the wine in the morning at 10 and corked it back at around 4. Brought it to the restaurant at 7 and drank at around 9

The wine is like a brunch of fresh red berries, tomato and rose. Elegant and powerful, with some smoky and toasty behind. Fine tannin and sharp acidity. Cannot imagine a young Barolo Riserva from Bruno Giacosa can be so approachable at this moment. Looking forward to see it development after a few more years!
