Clean and fresh but the yeast was there but not in your face and held in check. It was a perfect balance between the two taste profiles I usually detect in champagne. This will be the first time that I've used Occam's razor in a tasting note (as far as I can remember) so here goes: there are two descriptions for this wine, but neither descriptor is simpler or better. Ok, Occam's razor doesn't apply, but at least I used it in a tasting note. Good to Very Good.
