Absolutely lovely. Another 2007 Ontario wine that did not disappoint. Full of berry, some nice cigar and finish with a slight tianjin, this is a perfect wine for consumption right now.

Probably drank a year early so the rest of the case will be cellared.

I don't know if I opened it too early, but this does not feel like it is ready.... The second bottle will wait a couple of years

Wonderfully complex nose, consistent with other 2007's from Ontario. Leather cigar dominate with strong tannins... Could still cellar for a couple of years

Many have complained about the thinness of this Cab, but I found it wonderful on it's own... No need to pair bit an easy drinking Cab... Not big and bold

Definitely needs to be decanted, this juicy Bordeaux is full of complexity and will age nicely over the next couple of years

A wonderful taste full of pear and apple. Crisp and refreshing, this fine example of a magical year for Ontario wines, paired beautifully with my early Thanksgiving turkey.

Surprisingly yummy this Ontario Pinot did not disappoint. Although closer the a cab in texture, this maintained traditional pinot characteristics.

Opened a little early, the bottle had to be opened as a prelude to an upcoming trip to Spain. This wine will do well cellaring for a couple of more years, but is still enjoyable now.

Enjoying my first of two bottles. Nose with light berry and plum. Taste is more intense with a complex palate full of dark chocolate and raspberry. Tannin is nicely balanced but will continue to evolve and I think I will uncork the second bottle in 2013. I tried this wine when it was first released and it has aged very nicely since.
