Tasted with Garrick Steak. On hour decant. Definitely ready to drink now, but promises of more to come.

Had with soy marinated beef. Ready to drink, after 2 hour decant. Smooth but wonderfully balanced.

The colour of urine after a long desert walk without enough water. A mixture of honey, sherry, spice and fruit. Still great. Only 4 bottles left...

Drunk with roast lamb after 2 hours of decanting. I had forgotten how lovely Pomerol is when it is mature. Soft tannins, fruit and some tarmac.

Honey, wax and spice in layers. I have rarely been so happy to have 12 more bottles of a wine!

Lime and yeast flavours. Long finish. Daughter didn't like it though but she doesn't (thank god) like alcohol much!
