Elegant Shiraz, attractive nose of sweet spices, dark choco, ripe red fruit. Palate is full power of silky tannins, fruits, minerals, juicy acidity with a very very long length.

Bottle breathe for 3hrs+, regret that this bottle was the last one to consume after a bunch of Pauillac GCC (2000-2006).
Nose with elegant red fruits, sweet spices. Super smooth fine ripe tannins, silky texture, red fruits palate, you cannot detect the alcohol even though it is 15.5%, long length.

Someone says Diamond Creek grows Lafite clone in US, and I try to believe what I drank last night. Pronounced nose of graphite, cassis, cigar, vanilla oak & leather, hint of mint and coffee. Very fine tannins, fresh juicy acidity, intense dark fruit, graphite, tarry minerals, liquorice, long length and a fine dark fruits sweetness finish.

Best dry Riesling I've ever tasted. Golden color, pronounced nose, chrysanthemum, honeysuckle, orange peel, honey, minerals, flint stone, loads of fruit you could find in white wine, pear, apricot, green apple, lime, and tropical fruits. The palate is massive, sharp acidity integrated with intense fruits with a full spectrum of minerals. The length is more than 15s. After 3hrs, nose become more grapey, kind of good brandy nose.

The second bottle one year after, this bottle is much more clean, intense nose of honeysuckle, marmalade, apricot, hint of caramel. Great balance and structure of sweetness, acidity, fruits of marmalade, apricot, fruit cake, honey. Long length with delicious finish.

God, one of the best italian white i tasted! Floral, hint of vanilla oak, intensed aroma peach, pear, hint of citrus fruit. Med to full body, a little oily, juicy minerals, waves of citrus and stone fruits are coming out, length is more than 15s with a very pleasant mineral finish.

Mine is bin end stock, very good price at HKD360.
Clean, floral, peach, honeysuckle, only hint of boytrtis nose. Med body, nice appetizing acidity, not so heavy, dried apricot, peach, long length and dry finish, so you can keep drinking it as a dessert.

Mine is bin end stock, but it was still perfect. Bottle breathed 3 hrs, and consumed well from 7-11pm, old bordeaux St. Julien style and pronounced nose, cassis, tea leaf, dark choco, vanilla oak, florally violet. Lingering acidity, silky smooth mouth filling tannins, powerful black & red fruits, liquorice. Length is very long.
