Decanted for 30 minutes then shared with a friend who loves white wine. In a beautiful place right now but has room to stretch its legs for a few more years. Wonderfully balanced!

Had this weekend with an old friend that loves zinfandel and "O' Brother" did he love this. What a wonderful example of old vine zinfandel! Showing its age but with great structure and tertiary flavors. I could have just smelled it all night! Last bottle of great juice!

What a wonderful wine this is. It is like velvet in your mouth with everything in place. So smooth and rich. Bravo to Greg and Brandon! Wish I had a case left.

Decanted and enjoyed over next two hours. Immediately upon opening sweet dark fruit that almost filled the room while decanting. We let it sit for 30 mins before first pour. Aroma from decanter was very strong hard candy/ bazooka bubble gum through out night. Dark red fruit with great balance in the mouth. Had a slight Provincial garrique to it, like it knew its roots, just different soil. Easy drink and very nice. My wife and myself enjoyed very much. I kept a splash to try today.

First Arnot-Roberts syrah opened. Wow what a wine! Immediate olive tampenade with a sweet black cherry whiff. Wonderful dark meaty structure with a hint of iodine. Followed over 3 plus hours.Just kept getting better. Damn only one left. Plenty of years left in it.

Store in my cellar since purchase from winery. Stood up for three days. Last one. Nose is old school. Northern Rhone, meat, herbs (garrigue) and berries. Still good fruit with strawberry, rasberry. Tannins intergrated well, rounding everything out on the finish. Very nice :-) Wish I had another one to let sit for 2-3 more years to see where it is then.

With the temps rising here in Nashville I cant keep my hands off this wine. Simply gorgeous with such a great minerality and acidity. PERFECT! Just what the doctor and hot weather ordered! Congrates to Greg and team:-)

Last of 02's Pagani Ranch. Just a great representation of old vine zin even on the back side of its life. Fabulous! My wife and I throughly enjoyed drinking the last of my old zins:-)

It was better younger but still singing. Just the blues not George Clinton funk :-) Enjoyed very much through the years, good-bye old friend.

Drank over two nights. Medium body with nice red cherry nose. Good acidity with a clean slightly old world finish. Good weekday pino, wish I bought more.

Slow O for 7hrs. Nose was fantastic with notes of leather, meat and cranberry. On the palate, very nice structure with cherry and light mushroom hints. Long Barolo finish. Wish I had more than 1 bottle left

Just arrived into Nashville, popped and poured at Woodland Wine Merchant (thanks Will) Whoa this is a baby brute waiting to grow up! Big, rich and sooo much muscle. Find some if you can and hide it in the back of your cellar for at least 2-3 years to discover what this baby grew up to be. It will age beautifully. Horray Vajra, great QPR Piedmont producer
